The bombardment of Casablanca on Saturday prevented many thousands of Moors re-approaching tht. town. The losses of the Moors havo been terrible since tho outset.

The stench from tho corpses at Casablanca is so had that the air seems foetid from a mile off the coast. It "will bo necessary to burn the corpses still miburied.
The French Admiralty has thanked Miss Spinney, sister of tho Consul at Marzagau for .mrsing the Casablanca wounded.
Fighting outside tho town is almost continuous, the French by dauntless valour repelling and driving away groat hordes of tribes. The latter have been decimated while boldly advancing on artillery and maxims. A telegram from Tangier says that tho Moors of the better class are struck with'tho fact that tho German Consulate, applied to tho French, for assistance.
Twelve Jewish looters were shot at Casablanca.
