British Indians have complained to the Colonial Secretary of Cape Colony respecting tho municipal regulations at Bast London _ which included curfew restriction, ejection of Indians from footpaths, and insistence on their ability to speak the European language. London, August 9.

In tho Commons Mr Harold Cox gave notice of motion asking for tho rejection of tho Transvaal Loan Bill, declaring that tho colony was denying His Majesty’s subjects the ordinary rights of civilised men.
