FEIDING COURT.

Before Mr A. D. Thomson, S.M. Wednesday, August 7th. Judgment was given for plaintiff iu the following undefended cases: — Commissioner of Taxes v. B Martin, £5 lOs, costs Bs. W. H. Percival v. H. Wiggins, £3, costs Bs. Judgment was given in the case of "Ololaud v. Harford. Judgment was given for overtime claimed at tho. rate of Is 3d per hour," but the claim for wages iu lion of notice vyas disallowed.
