Per Press Association. London, August 6. Mr Esmonds, in a letter to l;is constituents, upholds tlio Sinn Fein but states that ho is tired of public life, though willing to contest any seat. He recommends the bocyotting of English manufactures and laws. He docs not fear retaliation as England is unable to exist without Irish produce. He declares that the attendance of Nationalist members at Westminster 'and the expenses of election, also of sending delegates over the world" bogging for money which is useless, cost Ireland and America £IOO,OOO a year, which might be profitably spout at homo in supporting Irish industries.
