Resented by Ratepayers. Per Press Association. Blenheim, August C. if Tho Borough Council decided last night to wire to the member for the district this morning inquiring whether Mr Ell’s Municipal Corporations Act Amendment Bill, proposing to submit any matter whatever to a poll of electors—i.e., not ratepayers only, as before—-has any prospect of passing the House? If so a public indignation mooting is to be held.
