King Edward, after meeting the Kaiser at Willemshoe, reaches Marienbad on the 17th. An official announcement states that King Edward also meets the Emperor Eranois Joseph at Isohl. He has been warmly welcomed by the Austrian press. It is generally assume d in Vienna that Balkan affairs will be the chief topic ,at Ischl. In Vienna three newspapers, the Wiener, Allegemein© and Zeitung, declares that a formal AngloAustrian agreement will be entered upon, covering the interests of Britain and Austria in the Balkans and Mediterranean.
