THE “ALL RED’’ ROUTE.
Considered Impracticable, Press Association. —Copyright. London, July 31. The Standard says that Sir Charles Dilko is convinced that an “All Red” route is impracticable as it would only provide a summer service. The evidence submitted to the committee shows that if all first and second class passengers on the Canadian route and half the third class used the “All Rod” line there would still be a loss of over a million sterling.
