Tress Association. Napieb, July 19. • At a dinner held this evening by the recently-formed Hawke’s Bay branch of the Giyil Service Association, the following resolution was passed: “ That this gathering of the Hawke’s Bay Civil Service Association wishes to record its appreciation,©! the Government’s evident desire to meet tho wishes of the Civil Service throughout New Zealand by placing tho long looked for Civil Service superannuation scheme on tho Statute Book during the current session.”
