Ho was strongly u'nst giving charitable aid to those who ild afford to pay. q r Cohen said he agreed with Mr ilson on tho matter, and was opposed the motion brought forward by Mr ivler whoso argument was that tho titution was improperly used. Mr ben contended that in Hospital and nri table Aid Boards it was au post inseparable result. In his inion public hospitals wore not dc for intermediate cases. From a incial point of view no reason had been iwn why the charges should bo in■ased.
