The dissatisfaction amongst tho conductors of the Tramway Company with the recent award of the Arbitration Court has resulted in a development which is causing serious public inconvenience. Certain resolutions wore passed at two meetings of tram employers hold yoster'day, the nature of which has not been divulged, and to-day the conductors were limiting passengers carried to the licoiiscd. number and the cars under ordinary circumstances having been incapable qf coping with traffic in the"-busiest'’par-ta of tho' day tile situation is all the more serious.
