ALLEGED THEFT

Per Press Association. Wellington, July 6. Two warehousemen, John Henry Whitton, -head of' one of the departments in E. W. Mills and Co.’s, auff ‘ Henry Cossar, employed by Sargood, Son, and Ewen, were ar= rested yesterday on charges of thefti Whitton was charged with stealing a fish service, the property of Edward diaries Evelyn Mills and others, and Oossar was charged with having a lady’s blue costume, the property of Henry Cromwell Tewslcy and others. Accused were before the Court to day and were remanded till next week.
