Commander Colquhoun and Engineer Commander Clarkson, who have been despatched by the Commonwealth Government on a mission in connection with the future Australian navy, have arrived m London. They visited Japan and made an inspection of the naval works and torpedo fleet. In Canada they inspected the’small arms factories and made general enquiries in the United States.
