Berlin, July 1. During the progress of a yacht race at Kiel Herr Tietzou’s yacht, from Hamburg, blaukcttod the Kaiser’s Meteor. The Kaiser ordered him to clear away, and afterwards lodged a protest. The Imperial Yacht Club dismissed the protest, and the Kaiser, being offended, refused to distribute the prizes.
