Ada Slretton, Sampling, 22; temperature, reading of; little slow, 8; stg. of acid acidimeter, right,-10; adding acid and mixing, right, 10; whirling machine, right, 15; reading teat, correct, fat rather pale, 18 ; washing up, good, 10 ; good performance • total, 93. Daniel Desmond, sampling, right, 25; temperature, with right acid, too low, 8; stg. of acid acidimeter, too weak, 7; adding acid and mixing, right, 10; whirling machine, correct, 15; reading test, slightly curdy matter, 17; washing up, good, 10; very fair work ; total, 92.
