A GRAVE CHARGE.

Per Press Association. Auckland, June 17. Dr Dalziell, who for a number of years has practised at Pukekohe, 31 miles from Auckland, was arrested here to-day and charged with performing an illegal operation. It is reported that the patient concerned is out of danger, and will appear before the Police Court in the morning. June 20.

Dr ; James Dalziell was charged'at the Police Court this morning with having unlawfully used an instrument on a young ".woman at Auckland on Juue 11th. It was stated that tho woman concerned was in hospital and unable to appear at present. Defendant was remanded for eight days on, his own bond of £3OO and two other sureties of £IOO eaciH
