Feilciing Wool and Skin SaleMessrs A. H. Atkinson and Co. report :—At our monthly sale on 'Thursday wo offered .111 average catalogue comprising 12 bales and 50 bales of wool, 1:300 skins, 350 hides, 21 casks and 60 tins of. tallow and usual sundries. There was an extra attendance of buyers and good competition. The'wool was mostly crntchings, which made up to 7d for good lines. Skins were in slightly better demand than last sale. Prices for lades showed an advance of to %&. Tallow was in good demand, at late rates. Quotations. —Wool: Rough crossbred 7d to black 7d, dead Td to locks and pieces to Gd, bright" crutchings 6%d to 7d. medium 6d to <S%&, inferior od to'o%d.
