ARBITRATION COURT.

Per Press Association. Wanganui, Juno 12.

Tho Arbitration Court commenced its sittings here this morning, before Mr Justice Sim and Messrs Brown and Slater. For a broach of tho coach workers’ award Boyd and Brennan were fined £3 and costs; New Zealand Express Co., for paying a driver insufficient overtime were fined £lO and costs, and tho driver was fined £1 and costs; Purser and Sous, for emploiyug a cabinetmaker under the rate of wages without a permit, were fined £5 and costs, and tho worker 10s and costs. Evidence was called hy employers and employees in the letterpress machinists’ dispute.
