In the matter of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900 ” and of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act;' 1901” and the Acts amending the same respectively. The Council of the Borough of Marton hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of two thousand five hundred pounds under the provisions of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901 ” and amendments for the purpose of erecting'a new gasholder, extension of gas works plant, mains and services, and to make, an annually recurring special rate of 8d in the £ on the annual value of all rateable property in the said Borough of Marton • as security for the interest | and Sinking Fund, (Sinking Fund to i be at the rate of 1 per cent per an num) in connection with such loan. The whole of the loan is to be repayable at the expiration of 10 years from the raising of- the loan.
