LICENSING COMMITTEE.

The Licensing Committee yesterday deferred granting the renewals of many licenses owing to the Health Department’s sanitary requisitions not having been carried out. The sanitary expert said that in many cases .where the work had been done the plumbers had spoilt it owing todepiartnres from the requisitions.
