Press Association—Copyright. • London, June 4. The Education Conference has closed. Representatives of tho Education Departments meeting in private, resolved that a central bureau is essential to encourage effective continuous exchange of information between the several Education Departments, and further agreed that a complete recognition of teachers’ certificates is impossible in view of tho variety of local conditions. It was resolved that it is desirable that financial administrative arrangements bo made to enable teachers and inspectors to acquire experience in various parts of the Empire.
