The Persian Parliament, suspecting Government had instigated the recent disorders at Tabriz where irregular soldiery killed 350 villagers, gent a deputation to complain to the Shah, who promised to hold an enquiry into the matter. Parliament is still dissatisfied, believing the Shah is sheltering the offenders and much seditious talk and noisy demonstrations are indulged in against the Shah.
