Stock Market.
Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Johnsonvillo sale as follows A full entry of bullocks. Most of the beef were rough sorts. A line of extra prime heavy bullocks also were offered. Beef made up to 21s, extra prime ox £9 17s 6d to .£lO 17s Cd, lighter sorts .£8 10a to £9, rough £8 to £8 7s 6d. A fair yarding of sheep. Most were sold freely. Heavy ewes 19s, others 16s, light 14s 7d to 15s, lambs 15s to 16s. Messrs Ab-ham and Williams, TM„ L report on their gale,
held on Tuesday laats-Thore was a I good yarding of both sheep and cattle which met with a ready sale j In most cases at prices beyond vendors’ expectations. A lino or 4 tooth wethers realised 18s and lambs up to 13s Bd, We quote Sheep: 4 tooth wethers 18s, lambs Us 3d 13s 3d, culls 8s sd, fat ewes 13s to los 4d, empty ewes 13s to 13s, Cattle : Fat cow s £3 10s to £6, prime heavy weight, empty cows 30s to 40s, mixed yearlings 31s 6d toward vear steers £4 os to £4 13s, M months steers £3 10s, mixed 18 mouths cattle 37s 6d. Pigs: Weauers 7s to Bs, slips 9s, porkers 335.
