Press Association. Oheistchuech, May 22. Mr Justice Chapman gave judgment to-day iu a case under the Testator’s Family Maintenance Act, iu which Susan Rowe claimed provision for her needs from Charles Lewis aud another trustee under the will of her late father, Thomas Gouuy, who had left her property worth £l5O a year, hut subject to a life estate iu favour of her mother. The testator left property to tiie amount of £35,000, hut did not liberally treat his family, aud loft the residue, £II,OOO, to Dr. Bernardo’s Homes and other charities in' England, and £3OOO more for these when his widow died. The Judge found plaintiff to be adequately provided for after her mother’s death, hut meanwhile she was not so, and au order for the payment of 80s a week until her mother’s death, arrears payable from testator’s death.
