Signor Tittoni, in the Chamber, said that while Italy adheres to the noble intentions inspiring Britain’s proposals for limitation of armaments, she agrees with the reservations mado by Germany, Austria, and Hungary as to the possibility of their immediate realisation, but Italy will participate in tho discussion at the Hague, reserving the right to absolute freedom cf action, as the solution belongs to the future.
