Press Association. Wanganui, May 17. In the Kaitoko Hack Hurdles Truthful's weight is 9.5, not 9.0 ns previously telegraphed. Returned visitors from the recent Egmont mooting report that Mr A; Wilson, of Bulls, has disposed of Waihuka (San Fran- -Ua), to Mr Good, of Taranaki. The price is said to have been £3OO.
Wanganui Training Notes. The weather was flue for training operations. Barley and St. Killian did a circuit together at three-quar-ter pace; Te Kaurii and Taugitu jumped hurdles together, the former jumped well but Taugitu hit the last hurdle hard and stood on his head, Laing, tho rider, being thrown and turning a somersault, but be escaped with a severe shaking and the horse was uninjured ; Raugitoto solus did a round over fences, jumping splendidly till the last two which he hit slightly. It was a good exhiition altogether. Irish, looking well hut a trifle hig, 'did throe solid rounds. Aqua Regia, who was very fit, did half pace work ; ditto Toprose. LadY Adair, Sedgemoor and Anemone did a circuit together fast, tho latter shaping well. Lydia had the hotter of ago over five furlongs. Anecdote, and Armistice, pulling double, did a round solid and another circuit steady. St. B-ii and Mire did solid work. A number of others did useful work,
