GLEN OROUA.

From Our Own Correspondent,

’The tender of Mr T. B. Sntton, of Bougotea, has been accepted for completing the local batter factory in brick and the work will be got in hand at an early date. This will complete the main building in brick work, the front portion now being built being two-storied and it will thus leave nothing but the engine room and freezing chamber in wood, work.

Mr Charles Hopping, who recently bought Mr Walter Richmond’s farm at Taikorea, sold this last Thursday to Mr T. B. Sntton, of Rongotea, and yesterday, Monday, sold his own homestead farm of 667 acres to Mr F. W. Koberstein, of Makino, both at a satisfactory figure.
