THE NAVAL AGREEMENT.
Press Association—Copyright ' • London, May 14. In tho House of Commons Mr Robertson, Secretary to the Admiralty, announced that a paper relating to the Australasian naval agreement would shortly bo published. No action would be taken until the Colonial Parliaments’ assent is attained to the proposed changes and unless the changes arc ratified tho agreement of 190.3 will continue in operation till 1910,
