An electric tram collided with a cart in ; the city, and a passenger in the tram, an , elderly man named "Foster, was killed I and two other passengers and the driver of the cart were injured; Lloyd, the driver, and Wannick, tho conductor of the tram, have been arrested and charged with being drunk while on duty.
