Tho Acting-TJnder-Secrstary, replying on behalf of the Attoruoy-General- to Crick's complaint relating to the nonissue of summonses, states that Mr Wade did not authorise the refusals, and the magistrates were acting on their own discretion, Reports from the magistrates show that they refused to issue tha summonses because Crick declined to give any particulars of fho alleged conspiracy.
