Press Association —Copyright. Sydney, May 9. Crick to-day laid an information charging two prominent persons with conspiracy to prevent tho course of justice, but the Chamber of Magistrates, both in the Central and Police Courts, refused to issue summonses.

Subsequently Crick wrote to the Attorney-General informing him of the Magistrates’ refusal, and adding that he had reason to conclude that the Magistrates had received certain instructions from the Attorney-General or his department, and asking if this was so.
