At the Crick trial the Judge’s most exhaustive summing-up occupied seventeen hours. The Judge declared it was oath against oath, Crick against Close. The jury retired at 5 o'clocK ; Latbb. The fury have been locked up for the LATER. The jury failed to agree in the Crick conspiracy charge.
