Press Association. Wellington, May 6. Dr. McArthur, S.M., delivered resrevod judgment in the case in which Thomas McKinnon, manager of N.Z. Truth newspaper, was charged witli having sold sundry copies of a paper, part of the contents of which was of an indecent, immoral and obscene nature. Tho Magistrate held that as McKinnon was absent from Wellington at. the time of the publication and had no' reasonable opportunity of knowing the contents of the article the information should be dismissed.
