The Premiers at the outset, while aboard the Dreadnought watching a mimic attack upon her by torpedoes and submarines, saw the Coquette in a heavy wash at sea crash into a coal hull, crowded with sightseers. The Coquette’s bows were damaged and she was docked. May 5. Mr Bent, Sir W. Lyne, Mr Hughes, and the Agents-General wero among those present at tho naval review. Rain marred the spectacle.
