Press Association. —Copyright. London, May 5. Justice Grantham gave judgment for the executors of tlie late Mr Penny against Bishop Neville, of Dunedin, for the recovery of £IO,OOO under a bond signed in 1860 on his marriage. Judgment was suspended to give the Bishop time to pay.

Per Press Association. llunbdin, May 6. The Bishop states that it is his intention to appeal and declines to give any explanation regarding the grounds of the action.
