Dunedin, May 1. Otago Trades and Labor Council, at its meeting this evening, passed the followj-, resolution : —“ That this Council strongly supports the Hon. J. A. Millar, Minister of Labour, in his endeavour to upyj the law in reference to the halfway provided for in the Factories Act.”
