A large number of trespass notices appear to-day on our fourth page. A Dargavillo telegram states that the three-year-old sou of Mrs Adams, postmistress at Raupo, has been found drowned in a race.
An application was made before Justice Button to-day on behalf of the New Zealand Law Society for an order nisi to remove the name of Robert Moncrief Cuthbertson, formerly of Christcliureli, but now of South Africa, from the roll. The rrronud of application was that Cuthbertson had been convicted in 1003 in tho Orange River Colony for theft. An order was granted, calling upon Cuthbertson to show cause within 60 days after service why he should not be struck off the roll. DON'T COUGH ALL NIGHT.
