THE BRAUND CASE.
Per Press Association. Wellington, April 13. The action of Victor Maurice Brannd against the Hon. George McLean and P. C. Neill, Colonial Bank directors, stands dismissed, as regards the defendant Neill, with costs against plaintiff, owing to the failure of the latter to proceed with the trial at the February sitting of the Supreume Court, Dunedin, as directed by the Chief Justice.
