Dr. Morrison, correspondent of the Times in China mentions the practical exile at Taugshaoyi, of Abresh, Minister of the Wai-Wupu, a strenuous advocate of reform. Ho has been appointed Governor of Mukden province, and, relinquishes* various metropolitan functions which yielded, an income of £26,000.
