Mr Bryce, the now Ambassador to tho_ United States, speaking at Toronto, urged Canadians to suspend judgment on all questions ou which it was alleged British diplomacy had not' done what was best for Canada. He believed Canadians were mistaken if they thought British diplomacy indifferent, to Qaupda for which country the British people desired to secure justice.
