ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

(Per Press Association.) Kelson, April 2. Arthur Draper, of AVolliugton, a seaman ou the steamer Avairoa trading to Nelson and Golden Bay, was drowned at Takaka wharf last night. The man was in a dinghy alongside the steamer just at the time of the departure of the vessel and it is presumed ho fell out. A bout was sent after deceased but ho sank before it readied him. The body was recovered this morning. Deceased was 2fi years of age and unmarried. Ho was a nephew of Captain Rocketts, master of the AVairoa.
