DEATH OF CHIEF ENGINEER HAY.
Per Press Association. Welling ton, March 19. Mr Potor S. Hay, Engineer-in-Chief of the Public Works Department, died here to-night. Deceased contracted pleurisy last November and had been in the hospital for some time, returning hero last week.
