Press' Association—Copy right. London, March 12. Reuter states that Peteroff, a dismissed official of the Agricultural Bank, fired three shots from a revolver, killing M. Petkoif. Revolting Cruelties. St. Petersburg, March 13. Terrorists bound a landowner and six of his labourers at Galta, in Southern Russia and cut all their throats. They also hideously disfigured tho landholder's little son and then let him go alive.
