111 the District Court reserved judgment was given in the case in which Frederick Calgher sued F. J. North cote for £SOO and interest £4O 19s on a dishonoured promissory note, the indebtedness being denied by defendant. Judgment was entered to-day for plaintiff for £SOO and costs.
