THE HAGUE CONFERENCE.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, said that Germany had given serious consideration to every proposal to ho submitted to the Hague Conference, and would co-operate with goodwill in the work. He added, however, that disarmament was not tho detailed programme accompanying Bussia’s invitation to tho Conference.
