Good fields are likely to face the starter, as most of the visiting horses have arrived. The presence of Achilles (the public’s favourite) will prove an additional attraction. The Porirua pair, Marguerite (Cup) and Achilles (Flying) aie very much fancied, but I should not be surprised to see King Billy declared the winner of the Cup, and Golden Gate the winner of tho Flying.
