Per Press Association.—Copyright. London, March 4. Mr Keir Hardie, speaking at Hull, declared that but for the presence of the Labour members in the House of Commons there would have been no Bill for feeding hungry children in schools, no Workmen’s Compensation Bill worth the paper it was written on, and the Trades Disputes Bill .would have been only a half - hearted settlement. Mr Hardie also declared that the Labour' members would not countenance any relief froni taxation until old age pensions had.-been secured. They were now preparing a Right to Work Bill, which would create authority to find honest work at an honest wage for every man and woman.
