Tho Democrats in the United States Senate have resolved to talk out the Ship Subsidy Bill. Congress has passed Mr Aldrich’s Currency Bill, which authorises the Treasury to jilaca the Customs receipts with the hanks instead of retaining them, and increases by threefold tho currency which the banks may retire monthly.
Tho United Spates Congress during ten weeks voted £300,000,000 in appropriations, which is a record.
