Press Association—Copyright. St. Petersburg, March 3. Six men murdered Baron Budberg, a member of the Council of the Russian Empire and formerly chief of the Esthonian nobility, at his country house. The Chief of Gendarmes of the Trans-Caucasian railway has been shof head in the streets of Tiflis.
