PALMERSTON RAM FAIR.
i The second day’s' ram fair was held estorday with a good attendance of - buyers. Good Eomney rams, as predicted, sold well. The flock Southdowns we ro hard to sell and a good many lines bad to bo passed in. Towards the latter end, the sale began to drag, the majority of the buyers having loft. It would be a good idea in future for the auctioneers to [allow the course adopted in other places, limiting the number of entries, and jjr bettor results would bo obtained, (Specially towards .the end of a sale.
