MONTGOMERY’S ENTERTAINERS.
These old and well-known entertainers are to favour the public of Marton with one of their highly interesting, amusing and thoroughly up-to-date programmes next Wednesday evening, March 6th. Since their last visit Mr Edmund Montgomery has gone to enormous expense in procuring all the latest and most up-to-date pictures procurable, besides a Company of first-class artists, all of the best, in their particular business. This powerful organisation is headed by Mr W. H. Montgomery, brother of the proprietor, whoso magnificent voice is pronounced by Press and pxtblic to be the finest heard in the Australasian Ooionies for many years. Another great acquisition to the company is Mr Harold Godier, the famous English pianist, and late of Madame Belle Cole Concert Company, who will render the latest selections on the pianoforte. Then Mr Edmund Montgomery, the Loudon balladist, in all the most up-to-date descriptive songs, illustrated by limelight views. The special engagement is announced of the great Scotch comedian, Mr Hall Kenney, who will give, amongst others, several impersonations of the | great and only Harry Sander, and also the special engagement of Mr Bert Gilbert, electrician and limelight operator. The above company have met with the greatest success wherever they have appeared, and a thoroughly amusing and interesting evening’s enjoyment is in store for the public on the above mentioned date, when popular prices will be observed. Remember, one and all, old and yoxxug, it’s Montgomery’s.
